No WiFi when connected to Hybrid Hub

When my broadband goes down it'll connect to the hybrid hub but when that happens no device that connects via wifi will get a internet connection. I've tried rebooting both hybrid and smart hub and i've tried reconnecting all wifi devices to the smart hub but still no wifi devices can get a internet connection when hybrid hub is conntected.

I'm sorry you're having issues with the hybrid hub. Can you give us a brief description of your set up? How many devices are you connecting? How often does the connection drop?
