The light on my SH2 is blue. The power & pon lights are solid green on my ONT but I can’t connect wirelessly or with ethernet. The port 1 light is blinking green. The los & tel 1 lights are off.
I tried a different router to test and it’s name shows up on the Wi-fi devices on my iPhone but in orange writing, it says No Internet Connection. My SH2 shows up the same on my iPhone too.
Also turned ONT off and on again but still can’t get it to work.
How can I get this fixed?
