Not receiving Emails

I’m not receiving any Emails , it’s showing as received but when I log in none are there I haven’t received any since yesterday. No blocked contacts ie gmail , changed my password , reset iPhone , logged onto bt via outlook and again showing as emails there but not please help

Hi @Jobro76,

I am sorry to see that you aren't getting any new emails in your Inbox.

Can you try sending yourself an email to see if it appears in your Inbox and also shows in your Sent Items?

Are you using our BT email app or a third party app or email program such as Outlook? If you aren't using our app, log into BT Email and see if you notice any of the new emails.
