Looking at  the included channels  in  current BT Tv package promtions eg

I notice that Sky Arts is no longer being listed as part of the Entertainment / Big Entertainment /VIP packs.

Is this a simple error on those pages  or is there another reason ?

Does that mean that Sky Arts HD is no longer accessible at all via BT TV?

Yes it’s on channel 349. So it’s back to @zulu17 original question!

Thanks for highlighting this and thank you and everyone else for your patience while we got an answer for you.

I have received word that this is an error on the web pages. Sky Arts is still included in the Entertainment, Big Ent and VIP pack in SD (channel 349) and HD (channel 364).  Our TV team will update the pages to reflect this.
