I’m unable to move providers due to Open reach having the wrong post code against my telephone number.
How do I get this corrected. My current and companies I’ve looked to move too are unable to help.
Surely as the post office have the correct post code it can not be that hard.

If you have your services with us, we can contact Openreach and get them to update your address. It can take over 5 working days to get it fixed but hopefully we can get it done sooner.
Make sure your correct address is already listed with the Royal Mail: Address checker
