I opted out of BT Wi-fi some while ago, and if I check on the MyBT pages it only offers me the option to enable it, so I would assume I am actually opted out ?
However my Bt Halo Hub, under Advanced settings, still shows: BT Wi-fi Activated
How do I turn this off in the Hub?

Re: Opted out of BT Wi-fi, but hub still shows it Active
Hi @Ted_ntsx, thanks for your post and I'm sure you are opted out as your MyBT is offering you the option to opt back in again. Do you remember when you opted out? It can take up to 28 days after you opt-out for things to update (check out this Previous Thread)
cheers
John

If you look at the Hubs homepage “Status” it should say Not Active.
But, I believe there is a firmware glitch in the Advance Settings “Technical Log” which shows the hub to be “Activated” under BT WiFi . This has never been fixed with recent updates ever since I had the hub.
I did report this months ago and someone said that this is a known problem. But no action from BT to fix the error.

Re: Opted out of BT Wi-fi, but hub still shows it Active
Your are corrct. It shows "Not active" in the Home page status, but shows "BT Wi-fi Activated" in the Tech log.
