There was a fault in my area yesterday morning which was fixed by 9.30am however mine never came back on and I’ve had a solid orange light ever since. I logged a fault and they’ve advised it won’t be fixed by Tuesday at 6pm however I’m going to use all my data up.
Ive tried to speak with BT but cannot get through and wondered if anyone had any suggestions. I’ve tested the phone line and that’s fine.
if there is no faults in your area now you could try a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs till lights flash
Can you make sure you do not have a crossed line, by dialling 17070 and seeing if it reads back your own phone number?
