Orange light on new smart hub 2

I’ll be honest I don’t know if that ‘Internet’ light should be on or off?

Its an ECI ONT and I have zero experience with them. I’ve only ever seen one in a classroom and it wasn’t connected to a live PON.

As I said above in my reply to Pippin ECI wasn’t used for very long before they switched to Huawei and Nokia, which are the only two I’ve worked on.

I was told by the engineer that it was a software problem at the exchange, he made a call and they got it working.
