Parental Control not responding to change of settings

Please help my BT parental control settings is not allowing us to access at gaming or social media even though it has been disabled for both. I have called but they seem to think the internet connection is okay but we are not having any luck. What else can we do to rectify this issue. We keep getting the message check with your internet provider. How does one resolve this issue.

Hi @Akua  sorry that you are not able to access games and social media.
Have you tested on a different device on your broadband?
Do Parental Controls show as off when you check on your online account?
Is Web Protect enabled?
