Parental Control

Hi, My parental controls are not working, it's from the time I put it on. Tried everything nothing working please suggest...

Hi @sumitks, welcome to the forum, and sorry you are having a problem with Parental Controls.

 Have a look at BT Parental Controls and see if that helps you get them set up. If you are still having a problem would you let us know if you have the option for Parental Controls on your BTID?
