I am switching to a new provider, but unfortunately I am unable to due to the Postcode and landline not matching.
I have been told to contact my current provider to correct this.
I have checked my postcode on the Royal Mail address finder and everything is as it should be.

Currently just a BT home phone line customer.

An Openreach ORDI request will need to be raised.
How is that done?

Meaning, I would like to sign up to a new provider, offering a complete new customer package but I am unable to due to postcode not matching phone number
