I'm having trouble logging into the MY BT App. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. I've spoken to the helpline and we went through uninstalling again and managed to get in. I went to log in later in the day and no go.
I left a review on play store and a developer suggested uninstall and then changing my password. I've done this but still can't log in. The developer says he'd like to get this investigated and that I should post a question on the community.
Can anyone help please. Why can't I log into the App.
