Refer a Friend Vouchers (Mods)

Hi, I also have the same issue, I have paid 3 bills now and neither me or my friend have received any vouchers as promised. I have been trying to find an email to contact someone about this but there doesn’t seem to be an email address anywhere. Could you please help?
