Hi , I only acquired the Youview box about two months and although everything I watch that is live and all recorded TV aerial programmes are absolutely fine , recorded BT sport programmes pixelate very badly right throughout the recording. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

How is the Youview box connected to your router? Hardwired or powerline adapters?
one of those BT Homehubs which are both adaptors and have WIFI capabilty
If you have one of the new Pro boxes, see if your box has the latest software, and if so ditch the extenders and connect via wi-fi.
The advice above should work if it's a Pro box otherwise try resetting the devices.
But just to clarify your setup.
Do you have 2 of these extenders , 1 connected to the SmartHub and 1 connected to the Youview box OR are you using the wifi capability of the extender and have just the 1 by the Youview box with it connected by an ethernet cable so essentially having the Youview box connected to the SmartHub by wifi.
How can I tell if its a Pro box or not? I wasn't offered one so I assume it isnt
