Registered Address is Incorrect

Hi, The address that my broadband and telephone service is registered to is incorrect and causes problems when I try to change my package online as my actual address and telephone number don't match with what is in the database.

I am assuming that my registered address is held in Openreach's database.

Could someone please advise me as to how I go about getting my registered address corrected.

Yes, currently a BT customer and have been with them for over forty years.

Hi @gmacc welcome to the forum and sorry your address record is not correct. Is your address correctly listed with Royal Mail?
Do you have a Fibre To The Premises connection?

Yes, my address is correctly listed with Royal Mail. I don't have FTTP, I have an ADSL broadband connection.

As you're a BT customer and your address is registered correctly with Royal Mail, we'll pick this up and give you a hand from here.
