Hi, The address that my broadband and telephone service is registered to is incorrect and causes problems when I try to change my package online as my actual address and telephone number don't match with what is in the database.
I am assuming that my registered address is held in Openreach's database.
Could someone please advise me as to how I go about getting my registered address corrected.

Do you have a Fibre To The Premises connection?

Yes, my address is correctly listed with Royal Mail. I don't have FTTP, I have an ADSL broadband connection.
