I've tried all of these but still no broadband, I've just got BT broadband today do I have to connect their router to the network first to activate anything ?

You might need to use vlan id 101

Apologies with PPPoE on OR FTTP vlan id is not needed.

It just needs the username and anything for a password or blank.

I have fttp 500mb activated today all the lights are on the ont etc but on set up still says no Internet?

thanks for all the help guys, i actually got the BT router delivered this morning after getting no where last night, i plugged it in and NO BROANDBAND hub on orange so now have to wait for an engineer on tuesday, thankfully Virgin doesnt get diconnected until friday.  So now going around the house connecting everything again!

thanks, the login and "bt" as the password worked, it was the back end where the issues were.....
