Returns bag

New to the forum so not sure if I'm posting to the right board. I keep getting messages from BT about returning old equipment but they have not sent a returns bag. Cannot even find the appropriate section on the main website to request a bag. Can anyone help - please

If the messages are there when you log in - selecting the message takes you to the page to order a bag.
