Rewards card
Hi. I’m seeing that my rewards card was dispatched on 15th December but another page states that because installation was on 30th November it would be a virtual card?
I’ve not received anything in email or snail mail yet?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't received your BT Reward Card. All Reward Card are now sent out Digitally by email. You can find out more here BT Reward Card
If you have claimed your card via BT and your virtual card email hasn't arrived, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com

Sadly still no joy. Pure card insisted they’d sent a physical card - twice now. Absolutely nothing has arrived.
