Hi Folks
I need advice please, this is a bit techy, sorry. At present I have a very old Belkin N Nimo + Router (Hub) and Delvo Extender Hard Wired into it (and plugged into the wall electrical socket) with a Hard Wires Connected to my TV, DVD and another device (Now TV box, Nintendo box etc) using another Delvo plug-in box downstairs.
This worked well a few years ago, but things have moved on now and I recently tried to plug an Amazon Fire TV stick into my Samsung Smart TV and connect it to the Wifi without success.
Questions: (1) do I need a new router? (2) If I purchased a BT Smart Hub 2, Would I still be able to use my Delvo Extender(s)? (3) Would I need the Extenders if I had the Smart Hub 2 to get the Amazon Fire stick working?
Any help please?
many thanks
Nick

Re: Router Upgrades
Do you have BT Broadband and if so what Hub did they provide and why are you not using that?

If you have Talk Talk broadband, a BT hub won't work. They are locked to BT.
You need to post on the Talk Talk forum.
