SkyGo app

Hi. My sky go app will not play channels when I am

on my home wifi. It says that I am watching in a different country.

The app works fine in a different house on a different wifi. Any ideas??

Is anyone running a proxy server or VPN?

Re: SkyGo app

I don’t think so. I’ve just had bt installed and connected the device to it to watch skygo.

And you're sure you're not using a VPN? What device is this from?

Re: SkyGo app

It looks as though the Sky Go app isn't officially available on Amazon Kindle. Have you side loaded it?

Re: SkyGo app

I've just been reading through the Sky forums and lots of people are having the same problem across different ISP's and the common denominator seems to be a VPN that's embedded in antivirus software. In most cases this is Norton antivirus. It also doesn't seem restricted to Kindle
