Slow e-mail

For a week or more now it has taken ages to load my e-mails

Even if I delete one e-mail it then takes over 10 seconds to load the e-mails again This can't be right Please can anyone help Thank you

Hi, @Linnet1uk welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see your email is slow. How do you manage your emails, is it on an email client or via webmail at www.bt.com/email

Its just via webmail

I know I have loads on there but when its this slow its no encouragement

to clear them as it will take absolutely ages

Hi @Linnet1uk how many emails do you have in your inbox? I've seen similar problems before when there have been lots of emails in there.

If you used an email client like Thunderbird or on your phone using IMAP settings it may make it easier to delete some from the server.
