Hi everyone,
My old hub broke so I raised a complaint and was kindly offered a new Smart Hub which was supposed to arrive on 21st July. I've been tracking the order and it has been "Awaiting Dispatch" since 19th July (when the order was placed). I realise that there are delays with orders at the moment but I'm just wondering whether there is a problem with my order as it is marked as "Complete" on My BT.
I've tried calling but it's not easy to get through at the moment so I wondered if anyone here could help?
