Hello; I've had my Smarthub2 for approx 6 weeks (BT told it would be a good acquisition). Since then, I keep getting "can't connect to Internet" message on laptop. I've lived with this, as after a few seconds, the connection will be made, and all is ok. However, seems to be getting worse. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you in advance.
Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Smarthub.
