Hi I'm a bt broadband customer, I've received a text from 64364 to say my broadband speed is below minimum guarantee and to call 0800 800 151. I'm not sure if this is genuine or not. Many thanks

0800800151 is the correct number for BT customer services

I haven't checked it but seems to be working fine will give them a ring anyway wasn't sure if it was a spam text. Thank you
