Strange the BT speed checker shows 68mbps but all other speed checkers only show between 40 to 45mbps. Is it acurate or just fixed to show better than the huaranteed speed.

Th BT speed checker shows the connection speed to the last point before it enters the core Internet, so is the most accurate. Other speed testers would be affected by traffic on the Internet itself.
