Speeds pegged at 30Mbps

Hi,

I've had trouble with my speed ever since I signed up 12 months ago. I never seem to be able to get a steady 46Mbps which is my stay fast guarantee. It usually drops to 25Mbps for a few weeks, i contact LC, they send multiple engineers, it magically returns to 50Mbps for a few weeks then the cycle starts over again. I have been locked at 30Mbps for about a moth now, upload speed has dropped significantly as well. LC are not available so i'm asking for some help on here.

I have uploaded a screen of my stats.

Thanks.

Re: Speeds pegged at 30Mbps

Besides posting the connection stats could you also do a quiet line test, 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.

Re: Speeds pegged at 30Mbps

After a bit more reading I'm assuming I'm on a banded profile due to the instability I've had in the last 12 months, can someone help me get out?

Network Uptime 3 mins? do you not leave your router powered up 24/7 as advised?

Re: Speeds pegged at 30Mbps

Yes it's on 24/7 I was doing checks with it being plugged into the master socket.
