Sports pass cancellation

Hi I just bought a monthly sports pass and I was just wondering when I come to cancelling it how do I go about doing this? The advice says that I should go to myBT and under products I can cancel there but when I check myBT there are no products. Is this just because the account was only set up today? Thanks for your time

Hi @Jord33, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

Have a look at the BT Sport Monthly Pass and there is a section on how to cancel the pass through your MyBT.
