Im currently paying for Fibre 2 (Upto 80/20) Yet my IP profile is stuck on 55/10. This limit has only occurred when I upgraded to the Fibre 2 package.
Would a Mod kindly arrange to have the IP profile removed/increased back to my lines full potential. I can see others have had a similar issue.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. Looking at the stats you've posted the maximum data rate for your download is 58 Mbps. Have you had any problems with the stability of your connection?

I suspect it is mis-provisioned though as the max upload speed is 19M
