Switch over

hello I was sent in the post a a free switch over to fibre wit no extra cost it says the switch over will be done on July 17 about a week ago the WiFi switched off when the WiFi turned on everything was much faster and much higher I don’t know if this was a mistake 

I was also wondering which fibre I have switched to with no extra cost fibre essential or fibre 1or 2

welcome to the BT community forum where customers help customers and only BT employees are the forum mods

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if  HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
