Hi all,
I decided to take the plunge recently and order the Full fibre 900 from BT, as Topcashback were doing a great deal at the time.
For whatever reason my purchase did not seem to track so i raised a claim, as I have all the details and confirmation that it was clicked and should have tracked.
I have all the order numbers associated with my purchase as I screenshot'd my original order.
The claim now says 'waiting for the retailer'
Can someone please explain what I need to expedite this, as it was the only reason i ordered the package in the first place and i am not happy.

Hi @ClaudiL, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you've not received your TCB yet. It can take up to 8 weeks according to the TCB Website. Was your service activated over 8 weeks ago?
