Trying to renew online.

My contract ends in January, looking to renew to Fibre2, the page keeps directing to me to the following, any ideas, other doing it by phone?

Hi @sirbenfro,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to renew your package online. If you're aren't able to do that online you would need to give BT a call on 0800 800 150.

Thanks, yes, I did that in the end. I explained to the lady on the phone, she tried it and said I'm getting the same error! She passed me to another lady, and after lots of question I managed to get the renewal done.
