hope some one can help activated BT cloud on Thursday or Friday last week and still cannot access it.
Getting UN2 error when try going to web version.
and when try to see status in my account get -"Sorry,there's been a error while fetching your cloud details"
Help please

I'm sorry you can't access your cloud. Are you able to post some screen shots of what you're seeing?
