Upgrade from fibre 1 to 2

Hi.  I upgraded last week from fibre 1 to 2 but my speed hasn't increased?  Tried to call bt but all they try and do is sell me another package???

Upgrading your packager from fibre 1 to 2 will only give an increase in speed if your line can handle it

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if  HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

Won't let me attach results, however it's saying downstream 80 upstream 20.  I was offered fttp showing 1000 but don't need it.
