VIP/Big Sport/ Entertainment

Go to solution

I have just got new BT Pro box and VIP package which includes Sky cinema which I don't use.  If I switch to Big Sport and Entertainment plus HD bolt on will I lose access to channels 433 and 465

No, if you have the HD add on you should be able to watch BT Sport Ultimate.

Thanks for reply @DarrenK98  but on BT web Big Sport does NOT seem to include Ultimate you only get this with VIP

@david1982 You need to also take out the HD addon for an additional £5 per month, you'll then get access to BT Sport Ultimate on the Big Sport plan.

Thanks

Re: VIP/Big Sport/ Entertainment

I have both the 433 and 465 channels enabled on my BT Pro Box. I pay £15 for BT Sport and £5 for the HD add-on with includes UHD.

There are two HD add-ons which confuses the customer, the Ultra HD one and the HD one which includes Ultra HD.

Maybe someone can explain the difference between "HD & 4K add-on" and "4K Ultra HD bolt-on" ?

HD & 4K used to be separate add on's but since the move to flexible tv with Now etc the HD add on includes 4K as well if the bb speeds are fast enough

So I have BT Sport with HD/4K added so £15+£5.

In MyBT - I'm offered the 'Ultra HD bolt-on' too for another £5.
