Very slow upload speed

hi. I'm having issues with my internet speed for the past 2 weeks..especially the Upload speed wich is 0.8 and something. All things were ok until 2 weeks when all of the sudden the speed dropped down. I did a test here but I don't understand everything there and I can't get in touch with someone from BT. Can someone help me with an idea or something I should do.

You are still on standard ADSL broadband, if you want faster speeds you need to call 0800 800030customer options and upgrade to fibre.
