WHO TO CONTACT

Hope this is on the correct board.

Who do I need to contact to end a contract that expires on the 18th November as they have gone into hospital and broadband not now needed?

have you tried phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile?  however you may have a problem unless you have authority to act on behalf of the account holder

Hi @polish and thanks for posting.

As @imjolly has confirmed customer services on 150 will be able to help as long as you have authority to act on behalf of the account holder.

Hi yes have POA and a named person her  account.

 

Is 150 available at weekends and if so between what times please?
