On all or just some devices?

Can the failing device(s) access that site if you connect using your mobile phone as a hotspot?

Yes, all devices fail but if I hotspot or use 4G then I can access the sites.

Have you tried rebooting the hub? If that doesn't work then try a factory reset

Thanks you very much. I had done a restart and still had the issue. When I did a factory reset this has resolved the issue.
many thanks for your help
