WiFi extender 1200

I have a by WiFi extender 1200 and I initially had it on 2.4ghz but switch to 5.ghz and tried to connect it 4 or 5 times to my internet until it worked, once it stayed connected I started connecting my devices to it and it now says connected, no internet connection. I was wondering if you knew how to fix it, thanks

Hi @alanleonard_  welcome to the forum and sorry you are having a problem with the Wifi extender 1200. It would be best to contact the Wifi Extender 1200 Helpdesk and you find the contact details at the bottom of the page on the link.
