I have been checking for FTTP installation since Openreach upgraded the local cabinets. It now appears that I have two entries which are spelt differently ‘Grammer’ and ‘Grammar’. The correct one is the latter but the FTTP is registered against the former. BT services are register against the latter.
So... how do I get Openreach to alter the address on their system so it matches BT’s entry and I can upgrade my broadband?

Get in touch with the FTTP team, they should raise an ORDI with Openreach to have the database corrected.
