Hi Folks,
I am getting the above error when trying to log into email. I am able to log into main BT account, but when I try email it will not do it.
I have tried different browsers and devices with no luck. Hopefully you can help.

Are you able to log in to your email account ok at www.bt.com/email
Have you recently changed your password?

No it comes up with the same message. Not changed password recently either. Not sure what is happening.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
Is there any way to get some help from someone at BT directly? Seems like it may be an issue they need to solve.
