@pxr5 I was happy that I was able to help you with this today. I'd like to share the solution with the community should anyone else experience the same problem. If the email has not been deleted it can be reactivated by following these steps.
Log in to MyBT using your BT ID.
Click Your products > BT Email > Manage.
Find the email address you want to recover and click See Options. Select either Reactivate or Reuse (you'll only see one of these, depending on whether the account was suspended or deleted).

Hi Neil,
Thanks for the response. I would say the length of time the account has been deleted. That account is linked to the BT Wifi and internet etc. So how would we go about getting password resets if the email account has been deleted?
