After several weeks of being able to work from home & use Skype or Zoom for meetings BT have turned down the Broadband so we are back to square one:
Download 1.57, Upload a big fat ZERO
If this is not resolved I will cancel payments and move to the alternative being used by a neighbour in our village.

Did mods manage to get you upgraded to adsl2?
can you post stats from router
can you run btspeedtester and post results
if you move to another ISP your connection will still be same copper wire just pay someone different

By typing into your web browser 192.168.1.254. Click 'Advanced Settings' then click on 'Technical Log' copy & paste it here.

That didnt get me into Tech Log
Did as instructed
Went to Adv Settings
No option "Tech Log"
Tried 3 more times, no Tech Log option
