Hi there,
I am new to the forum. I have the same issue discussed here. Since Monday my upload speed varies between 0 Mbps and 0,02 Mpbs although download is perfect at 50-57 Mbps.
Hotline tells me they don´t see any broadband issues in my area (Richmond...) but reading here it seems it has to be some faulty card or connection not my Hub 6 which is brandnew...
Technician will only come in 2 weeks time!!! How do I cope virtually without Internet and work from home? This is terrible service...any ideas how to fix it from my end or do I have to wait 2 weeks???
Thx to all for your ideas/help...
Hi @Matze,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I have moved your post onto its own thread so it's easier for us to help you. I'm sorry to hear that your upload speed is really low.
Would you be able to complete the Quite line test and post your hub stats so that we can take a look at this for you?
Thanks
Matt
Hi, stats from the hub are below...I cannot run the troubleshooter and BT-speed tests because I raised the issue yesterday and as long as a fault ticket is open I cannot raise it again...any other ideas? Hub stats claim I have 14 Mbps upload speed but checking with Ookla and Broadbandcheck I have only 0-0,02Mbps...so that´s clearly a problem outside of my home broadband and hub. Any other ideas?
Thx

Try this test https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
You must use an Ethernet connected device to run the test, with nothing else connected to the BT Home Hub.
Just ran the test...results below...0 upload...what now?

We were unable to identify any performance problem with your service at this time.
It is possible that any problem you have experienced may have been caused by traffic congestion or by a server responding slowly.
You could try a factory reset of the home hub. If that does not fix it, then there must be a network problem somewhere.
Thanks for doing the checks. I think it would be best if we take a look into this for you. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.
Thanks
Matt
Upload Speed still at zero. Any other ideas here? Thx!
