Halo 1 is just an add on to yout broadband package and does not affect you speed or connection
in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

technical log in is asking for a password -- dont believe I have one for this? and not teckie enough to confidently start a full reset? I did dial 17070 option 2 and it was silent - during a zoom call that had frozen I did a speed test and it came up 32/6.7!

Look on the back of your hub, you'll have 1 password for wi-fi and another for the hub manager, it's the hub manager password you need to use.
ok, got that, got some stats but dont know how to share the stats with you - or what specifically you are looking for.the technical log doesn't go back yo earlier this morning when I tried to use zoom
it is the technical log information not the logs
