i am having a problem logging in on the app on the iphone bt tv
keep gettin aj900 error with BTID
with email login i get aj931 error
i have spoken in the online chat with someone and got fobbed off 4 days ago
he went through some setps <me resetting my password etc> to no avail and said tech support would be in touch within 48 hours he also said the app should work as its listed as active on the account
can anyone help me login in to the BTTV app please
