Bt parental controls are not available despite pressing Activate button.
Hence,can not manage control,any one would know what might be issue?
Hi @Robinbatman welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're having issues activating parental controls. Are you trying to do this on the MyBT app or via the bt.com website?

Hi Neil.
Thanks for response. I tried by both i.e. logging via app and website, however, either way can't get to manage parental control, it only let me press "Activate" but nothing happens afterwards.
