cant access email again!!!

Whats going on, cant even access email, forth time this has happened in the last few days and when i can a ton of spam that keeps coming...

Hi @Tonkers I'm sorry you're having problems accessing your email. How are you trying to access your email and do you see any error messages?

Can you get access by logging into webmail at www.bt.com/email

I can access my email now, i wasn't getting any error messages but now i have some of my most important email sent to blocked list, i've had to go into blocked list and unblock them, i constantly get spam mail coming in, its a nightmare
