Error code 553 has appeared preventing my sending e-mails. The help desk is closed!! Any advice on how to resolve the issue. All other aspects of my IT system work ok. I am not on a VPN network.

Code 553 vanished, reappeared a few days later then vanished again. BT Technical team couldn't find any reason behind it and have given me a text code to report it directly if it appears again.
