Hi I’ve recently had a fault fixed on my phone line while the Openreach engineer was here he said you can have FTTP. The pole outside my house is live and some neighbours already have it despite it saying not available on the BT site. My neighbour said they had a right game with bt but got there in the end. 
Could anyone help me with this.  Thanks
